All jlji Casino accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlji does not convert between currencies. Deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed and credited in PHP.
4.1 jlji Casino accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlji does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. jlji reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within thirty (30) minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.4 jlji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 per day. Such requests may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to process. jlji may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal amounts.
4.5 Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 5 of these Terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
5.1 jlji Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, daily login rewards, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion.
5.3 jlji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.
5.4 jlji Casino reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play if there is reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited a technical error, engaged in matched betting, or otherwise violated the spirit of any promotion.
5.5 Cashback bonuses, where applicable, are calculated on net losses within the specified promotional period and credited to the player's account as bonus funds subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
6.1 All games offered on jlji Casino are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game providers including JILI Games, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others. Game outcomes are determined solely by chance or by the rules of the respective game.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jlji Casino will attempt to resolve the matter using available system logs. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on jlji's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. jlji is not liable for losses caused by technical failures on the player's end, including internet disconnection.
6.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per game type. These limits are displayed within each game and in the jlji Casino lobby. jlji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
6.4 For sports betting markets, all bets are settled according to the official result as recognized by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or walkover, jlji's Sports Betting Rules applicable at the time of bet placement will govern settlement.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlji Casino and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.2 In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, jlji reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any balance found to derive from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Legitimate balances not associated with prohibited activity will be returned to the original deposit method after investigation.
11.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting jlji support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification.
